About George Muscat
George Muscat was born in Qormi in January 1962 where he is married to Monica and has a daughter his resident is in Naxxar. Muscat is a ceramics artist where he studied at the Salvatore Dimech School for craftsmen who he was under the tutor of Gabriel Caruana between the 1975 and the 1978. George Muscat also attended to courses by the Maltese and also foreign artists. In his ceramic pieces he brings out the character and soul.  The first exhibition he made is in the 1997 which was a solo exhibition.   He also participated in numerous of exhibitions both in locally and abroad.  Between the 1996 and 2001 he was giving evening classes about ceramics in the same school where he studied. He also presented a TV series where he made some interviews to Maltese ceramists. Muscat also introduces the Raku technique as a course in Malta and also started giving some raku lessons at the MCAST institute of Art and Design. He works  at MCAST as a part-time but he also goves the evening lessons to adult students which  he  gives  them  the  learning  of ceramics and also  the raku techniques. He is also a president and founder of the M.R.A,Malta Raku Association.
